We laid a loved one to rest in September, 2013. Two tombstones were ordered and pre-paid, We were told the tombstones should be in place by December, 2013. After nothing happening for many months, we have tried to get information from McDonald's on numerous occasions. At first we were told one of them would be placed the following week. Nothing happened. Another call. Another promise. Within the past two weeks, we have placed several calls with a promise of a call back. Nothing! Poor business tactics. We are reconsidering our pre-paid plans. Janice & David Phelps.

Visited the cementary. Then walked into McDonalds chapel. I asked if they could help me find some family markers. No such luck. Only interested in selling me a funeral package... Ugh!
