Riverfront Playhouse has been Redding's Community Theatre since 1981. We bring quality live entertainment to the North State with a 150-seat theatre for plays and other performances. We also have a small presentation stage that can accommodate 40-50 patrons for performances. We have the ability as well to rent out areas of the theatre for a variety of purposes such as meetings, conferences, workshops, receptions, movies and more. Our theatre is an opportunity for community-friendly and community-based activities. We provide space to explore, experience and learn all aspects of live theatre.
