Heartless, negligent, and unprofessional. I've seen personal attacks on social media, derogatory comments aimed at previous tenants, and complete lack of care for their tenants. We had many issues, at times making it almost uninhabitable, which they made no effort to rectify & they proceeded to almost mock our misery by saying that we had never made a complaint about these issues, that they weren't responsible for it, or that they were somehow our fault.

They treat tenants as if they are uneducated children, who are not competent enough or worthy of their acknowledgement. Any complaints made fall on deaf ears, as they assume that any issues are simply a reflection one's own wrongdoing.

If you do speak up, they are likely to harass you until you leave, or theyll evict you. & once you're out, they'll be sure to send you off with a review that is sure to scare away any potential renters in the future-This is coming from a small family that hasnt had one complaint/late rent payment.

I would stay away from this company as far as I could. I let them manage two of my properties and they might as well left the tenants to handle everything. This property owner could not have been left in a worse spot. took my monthly management fee and never did much at all other then collect the rent. I could have hired a bookkeeper for that.

You should rent from them. I have before and the process was easy. I would recommend them to my friends. I did have a few repair orders in and they were fast at getting them taken care of.

Someone i spoke to on the phone got snooty with me when i called and asked about a place for rent.
