Our hospice team has made a difference in the lives of patients and families facing a terminal illness by assisting them with their own unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our clinical staff uses various methods of symptom management and pain control creating a holistic approach that allows the patient to remain as active and in control of their lives as possible. We have a dedicated team working on behalf of the patient and their family including physicians, registered nurses, social workers, and hospice aides, along with spiritual and bereavement counselors.
