We have visited Donnie's Diner a few times now. The food was ok for a quick breakfast, but our most recent visit will definitely be our last. As we were eating, my wife saw a cockroach crawling on the wall right next to her. We were quite a distance from the kitchen, and if there are cockroaches that far from the prep area, I can only imagine how bad it must be by the food storage/prep area. This is the second restaurant in this area that we have visited that should not have passed a health inspection. (The other was Parmesan's Pizza) I have to assume that they don't do health inspections in this area. I am originally from the Chicago area, and if either of these restaurants were moved to that area, they would be shut down!
