Paul was very helpful when I brought in my laptop. I was surprised that I got my laptop back so quickly and everything that I was having problems with was fixed. I am back on facebook with even better speeds since the virus clean-up.

very POOR business! Not up front about charges and fees. Asked for an estimate before any work was done - they took it apart anyway and then charged me for it. Don't use them! You will get screwed! Had to ask for an invoice number! Otherwise I'm sure it would have been "Misplaced". Plus they were very rude and condescending.
