I'll never give any business to once upon a child. The rudest staff I've ever seen. Don't give this store any business.

Went to Once Upon A Child in Reno today... I will NEVER be going back.. Ever. Seriously. They had a jumper with mud, MUD! on it. A Glider chair with Pet hair STILL on it. Merchandise on the floor that had not yet been processed, therefore was not for sale. Not a SINGLE employee bothered to say Anything to us. Majority of the price tags were hard to find or were on the BOTTOM of merchandise... As a pregnant woman I was unable to see many of the tags because I couldn't get to the FLOOR! Totally Unhappy. Craigslist is a FAR better option than this second hand store.

The staff is really rude, I think they think that they work at Nordstroms. THEY DONT. The prices are super high for the quality of merchandise. Cat hair flying around in the store and really like an over priced yard sale!

i went to once upon a child to look for clothes for the summer for my two children. i was met with professional and friendly staff. i found the clothes to be reasonable in price and in great condition. i recommend this store to anyone looking for childrens clothes. thank you again

I love this store. It is always clean and the clothes are all clean and in great shape. I never have to worry about looking for stains, torn seams or missing buttons. Last weekend, I got 8 outfits for less than $30. Clerks where friendly and helpful which is always nice.
