I booked an appointment here for a pedicure as I received a $50 gift card at a charity fundraiser. I showed up for my appointment and was not greeted by any of the staff working. I found a staff member in the back and they could find no record of my appointment. They told me no one could do my pedicure and that I would have to come back on another day. Apparently no one had bothered to write it down. What a first impression!
