The office staff was very friendly and helpful up until we signed the lease, when they became the exact opposite. There was a miscommunication on their part that led to me being late on my rent, and when I said something about it, they refused to listen or to fix the problem, instead repeatedly telling me to go online to pay. There were rude and unwilling to work with me.

We lived here for about 8 months. The apartments are very cheaply made so we could hear our upstairs neighbor beating up his girlfriend and our neighbor across the hall playing his techno and rap till 1 am. To top it all off someone robbed us by popping the bedroom window panel out...didn't even need to break it. The office people are quite rude after you sign the lease and they are done impressing you. There were kids running around everywhere and we found some pretty obscene drawings on the asphalt. I wish we could have avoided the whole experience.
