Provided by YP.comI suspected a very serious problem with my spa. I called a referral service and was given FloMaster's number. When Ken arrived (on time and within 24 hours of my call) he found the problem to be the ground wires - not the spa. Minimal time and charges later, fixed. Ken took the time to explain the problem so I understood. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me not knowing anything about the spa, the panel or the electrical. I truly feel he loves his work and takes care of his customers. Not only will I use him whenever I need to, I highly recommend his services.
