I've been to Reston Hospital ER 3 times. First time was with a DVT/PE and I arrived by ambulance. Outstanding care in the ER and resident service. They were thorough, got me diagnosed quickly. Probably saved my life. The other 2 times were with medication poisoning. Again quick service, diagnosis and problem taken care of. Now I'm a volunteer there.

This is a sub-par hospital with poor customer service, substandard services and is overall one of the worst choices in Fairfax County. To give you an flavor of what to expect, the hospital does not have an in-house lab. Even if you have a simple test done, it can take over a week to get the results because they have to send it out for review. It goes downhill from there.
