SweatBox is a high-intensity interval training program unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. We provide a data-driven workout designed to help you build lean muscle mass, increase cardiovascular endurance, and improve mobility while connecting and competing with friends. We validate 4 hours of parking on weekdays year round, and 6 hours of parking on weekends from May – September.
