I want to thank Tito who responded to my call when I had transmission problems. I had driven in from Atlanta, GA and needed to be back on the road within 2 days. Tito was awesome and everyone else that I spoke to was the same way. I really appreciate the turn around time and the truck ran great all the way home. Thank you Eagle

What I like about Eagle is that they take the time to talk to you and explain everything that is going on. This was very important to me, especially being a woman, because I had heard horror stories about being ripped off. I trusted the guys at Eagle and felt that they were honest with me.

Rather than speaking in vague, general terms, they were specific and went into detail. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything again and went over the warranty information. All in all, it was a great experience. I was honestly surprised. I was not expecting such high quality of service. Eagle Transmission takes care of their customers. They want to make sure you are fully aware of what you are getting into.

They do really great service work here. I never wait too long, and they are really efficient.

They did a great job and the service was the best. They even picked up my truck to do the work. I don't think anyone's better than Eagle Transmission.

I always feel well-taken care of and assured my car is in good hands when I leave it here.

These guys put actually put a large amount of time into trying to get me financed for repairs on my transmission. My hat goes off to Gerard for his time and patience. His diligence paid off! The dealership is not the place to go - it took me a replacement transmission and several sensors to finally go to Eagle. If I had gone there first, they could have saved me almost $2000.00.

My son is a Diesel mechanic and works with transmissions. When I needed some transmission work done and he did not have time to do it, he recommended Eagle Transmission and Auto Repair. They were extremely pleasant, always cordial, and responsive. If I had any questions, they would call back right away answer my questions to the best of their ability. They are very family-oriented and really respect people's opinions. Eagle completely rebuilt my transmission and, so far, everything has been good. I was impressed with the way that they handled their business. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it well.

I initially decided to use Eagle Transmission because the location was convenient. I felt that they were honest with me about what was wrong with car and did not try to sell me on anything unnecessary. They did what they said they were going to do and replaced the transmission. When we had to have an adjustment made, they came through and honored the warranty. I did not have to go through a whole rigmarole. They were easy to work with and I really appreciate that.
