What can say but the following kickboxing is the best I didn't think I was able to do it but thanks to the instructors and staff I am learning and getting the best work out every working out every bit of my body....AWESOME

A fun and intense workout. I regularly workout and I was still drenched in sweat after just the warm up! Plus, the trainers are really friendly and not intimidating, I was worried about that being new to kickboxing. It is an excellent total body workout and stress reliever! Can't wait until my next class.
