We are new to the area and had no clue about who to call for a maintenance or service on our HVAC. We called Watson. The receptionist was very courteous and accommodating. The response time was fast (was surprised so close to Christmas). The service man was very professional and pleasant. He explained things as he checked out our unit for maintenance. Found a problem before it was going to become a BIG problem and cost a lot of money to fix. He fixed it immediately. The cost of the service call and the repair was surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommend!

On Thursday, we called Watson to check our unit. They charged me a total of $239.03. They also charged $156.46 for two (2) pounds of refrigerant and the technician "bleeds" it twice. As for the service charge, I was told by the secretary over the phone AND text that if the service was before 5 p.m. on a weekday it would cost $65, but they charged me $75 and the technician was at my house and left before 5 p.m. I was also charged $7.57 for tax - I wonder how did they get that tax amount?

When the service was completed I paid them immediately without a receipt, because I thought I could trust them.

In fairness, the technician was very nice even though he didn't check the unit for leaks. However, the secretary was rude and upset that I texted her to ask questions even though she texted first and said "it's ok, I'm on call for Watson Heating and Air and Eventique." She did not provide quality customer service.

This is our first time dealing with poor customer service. I am heartbroken.
