First of all, the quality of the food at Evergreen is pretty shabby, and their place of business is a bit rundown and dirty. I've had food delivered cold. I prefer ordering at other establishments, but my friend picked the place so I didn't argue.



Anyway, the man taking our order over the phone was extremely rude and kept raising his voice and yelling at us. He kept repeating the same bits of information over and over, and seemed incapable of understanding the fact that because he had yelled at us, we no longer wanted the food and would have liked our order canceled. He refused to cancel the orders, stating that they had already been made (that was quick). I have to go down there and sort out this business because I have over $30 of food I never received and did not want in the first place that has been charged to my card.
