This law office has denied payment that I have retained receipts for and was very rude when I
tried to contact them .The phone person was very defensive. Somewhat said I was lying.

This company "lost" cashiers checks that I submitted then attempted to sue me. They refuse to send statements and will only disclose "daily interest" when asked about the interest rates on the bill. The customer service is ridiculous. I have been accused of being "hostile" when simply requesting basic information and was called "fussy" and "loud" when speaking with the representative. I have never been treated this poorly. There is no recourse, this company buys debt from hospitals and charges astronomical fees. NEVER do business with them.
