Permfaces have been operating in Virginia since 1989. Since that time, Edy O'Brien has focused on offering permanent makeup to women in an effort to make their lives more enjoyable. Permafaces offers free consultations as an opportunity to ask questions, view before & after pictures and to learn more about permanent makeup. Each procedure is performed with care and takes approximately 30-45mins. There is a wide range of colors, to be applied in any shape or thickness to achieve the desired look. Any look from natural to moderate to dramatic is possible and your technician will work with you to determine your needs. Permafaces is licensed and certified by the State Board of Virginia according to the highest of standards. Staying abreast of new issues in the field and participating in on-going training is a major part of the business. Membership in the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, a national nonprofit organization, is also a part of that focus that ensures the utmost quality in permanent makeup procedures.
