work business man ever....doesn't return a call...does poor work and then charges astronomical prices...do NOT use unless you want to be let down

Awful. Started process of dropping a new liner, loop lock closing in July for Mid-September . Never returns calls. Talked to him once in early September. Now 10/20/2011. Have a new company that will do everything in a few short weeks. Gene's Pools still has my pool dimension diagram which they haven;t returned which was given to them in July. Also picked out my new liner in July. I have requested the return of that several times in phone messages. AGAIN no return calls. Don't recommend this business. Thank god I didn't put a deposit down although offered. Should have known when I called and finally got him and liner and cover had not been ordered by September. Just wish businesses that don't want business would be up front and say they can't do it instead of wasting 31/2 months.
