DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I went to purchase a minivan that was on the lot. Great price, great milage. Upon initial conversation, the dealer would not allow me test drive the car until he knew my finances were available. His exact words was that he did not want to waist his time or mine. RED FLAG #1. In the past, I test drove a Chevy Camaro, without any intent to purchase, and the salesman handed the keys over, no questions asked. Anyhow. I drove to the bank to secure the funding, and had everything in order to purchase the van. Upon getting ready to complete the deal, he informs me that he does not have the title at the moment, as is waiting for it to come in. RED FLAG #2. He asked if I could put down a deposit to secure the vehicle until the title came in. I said I was not putting any money in his hand until I knew the title was available. He said he could not let me drive away with the vehicle until he had the title. Understood. But when a customer drives to your lot, funding available to purchase the car, they assume they are going to be driving away with their purchase. He then tried to accuse me of not trusting him. I left the car lot. The following day I called to check and see if the title had come in, and he said no, but I could still put a deposit down to secure it. I said I would not give any money until I knew he had the title in his hand. He began to yell at me over the phone about how common it is for a car lot to have cars out for sale, without a title at that exact moment. Before I could say anything else, he hung up on me. Doing some research online, it is best to ask to see the title before you go any further with a deal, buying from a used car salesman. This man is a crook, and perhaps maybe trying to commit title fraud. STAY AWAY. http://dealerfraud.org/title-fraud/
