I moved here 2011 thats all it took a year!!! the neighbors I had were fine until they started to move out. They changed management after I moved, I thought it would be for the better, it turned out to be for the worst. The rent is affordable for a three bedroom total electric, but I started noticing where I stayed in the back more and more teens hanging out breaking into the apartment under me, doing God knows what, that could have affected my life, They also fought and alot of yelling all day everyday. Adults selling drugs and I called them trap houses because four apts. in the same circle know each other that causes the issues. My new neighbor has 2 pitbulls and I had a encounter with 1 of their dogs in the early mornings while on my way out the door. The management is terrible they do not enforce rules, they lower the rent and do not check backgrounds resulting into this. If you want to move into these PROJECTS be prepared!!!
