Butchers. Called manager and blew me off. Do not trust them, and do not use them. Seems like the 4 plus star review for them is fake also. Go to Ace Hardware that is 60% less than the dealer for car keys and better than Don's that does not care about black or gay customers and their partners time or if they have 2 working car keys to share.So I call AAA for my 2007 Yaris. Told them to have the service bring out a new key to program also that I would buy their key also, and they did not do it. I had to work while they were working on the car, so I could not supervise the process. Don's manager lied to me that AAA did not tell them what bs. AAA tells you everything on a lock out call. Being 30 min late up walks some drugged out stoner junkie he looked high (took like an hour for a 30 min job), and the first thing he does is put the broken key in my door to open car. Had he done it the housing would have come apart and parts all over the floor. I told him it is a programmed key and all he had to do is hit the unlock button , you know like modern age stuff, car was already unlocked, and I wanted the new key cut and able to lock and unlock the car. If he could not do it with my key then sell me one. I even told him that I wanted 2 keys working Both my keys start the car The Toyota one and the Amazon one, so do not fall for their 50 percent of aftermarket immobilizer chip keys fail story that they cannot program my Amazon key. This is a case of too lazy, stupid, or don't give a s...All I wanted was two keys where you hit lock and unlock remotely on the buttons and they work no matter the cost especially since I have been working with 1 key wanted a spare for my partner told that to AAA too, but no I get some story why they are incompetent at $180
