Bright Services is very misleading. I came in responding to ads they put on Craigslist and took a test and filled out a bunch of papers. After, they looked it all over for about fifteen minutes, then they tell you that they want you to come to their "New hire orientation". This orientation took a couple of hours and after you sign papers saying you are their employee, they give you time cards, and have you fill out forms to set up direct deposits. Again, after all this, they send you to the office, and you tell them your schedule. Then they say they will call you in a couple days...Sounds pretty legitimate so far right? Well its been a month and I still haven't heard a word. Come to find out that, although they do hire people to actually work, the majority of those hires are for fudging numbers to get clients/and or, tax purposes. All I know is I have talked to a lot of people recently with the same story about Bright Services. This should not be legal because they are using me for their benefit and not giving me a dime or a minute of work.
