This particular Lowes, if it's the one on 220 at the foot of Hinting Hill, has some serious customer service issues. We're not picky nor donwe expect the moon but when you spend in the neighborhood of about $2000 in 3 months, you feel like the service should be a bit better. Regardless of that point customer service should be a given. In May we bought a lawnmower, a grill, a weed eater, a leaf blower, and some smaller miscellaneous items. The sign said if you spend over $399, there was free delivery. At the checkout we were informed that the delivery would cost us $50 because the grill by itself was not over $399. My husband said void the order. They said, "we'll deliver".



Last week we spent $900 on patio furniture and two chandeliers. This evening we went back for stuff to build our fire pit and make dog gates for our front porch. We asked to have a couple 2 x 4's cut in half and they said no. After spending an hour in the store and ahving a full cart, my huaband parked the cart anf walked out. We'll never be back. You need to learn to appreciate your customers' business rather than act like they owe it to you.
