They are always nice and informative about their products. Their prices are reasonable, too. They even carry some vaping products now.

The one star rating is not fair to them. The other reviewer is misinformed about Puff n Snuff...the Powerroll must be sent back to the manufacturer when it fails NO MATTER WHERE YOU BUY IT! I bought a Powerroll from them and never had an issue. Never been ripped off by these people. I also bought one from a different establishment for my camper and it had the same return policy boldly written on the box. Your mistake should not have to be their loss. These are a nice and well meaning bunch and I hope people arent turned away from them due to the horrible reviewer.

This is the absolute worse place to do business! I recently (and be recently I mean within the last 7 days) bought one of the machines (Poweroll2) from this establishment and within the first 6 days of purchase it quit working. When I tried to return it they would not take it back. In my opinion they knew they are selling faulty machines thus the reason for the no return policy. I urge people if the community DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this outfit as they have full knowledge of their practice of ripping people of their hard earned money in faulty merchandise. I will be posting this to Facebook and any other social media in an attempt to save someone else from the thievery that goes on in this store!
