I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He seems to have a great need to be in control; when a prescription of mine ran out, his office called in one month worth of medication. When that ran out, he refused to refill as he insisted his office had ordered refills. He refused to talk to the pharmacy at all, and meanwhile, I as his patient was caught in the middle. It seemed that being "right" was more important to him than his patient's health and well-being. Since he is the current highest ranking member of this practice, I would never recommend this practice or anyone in it.
