Tried to sue james {jim} burk for moneys not payed used rene hernandez for case .For 3 years he did nothing most of the time he wouldn't show up he would just call and continue. I was told by the other attorney he would sue hernandez. waste of time david ,k warfel.I WOULD NOT FOR ANY RESON LET RENE HERNADEZ STAND IN COURT ON MY BEHAVE OR MY DOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clearly Mr. Hernandez is whom I'd choose over and over again. I'd never want to be sitting on the other side of this type of case without him representing me. He tore this case apart and then shut it down. It was worth my every dollar invested, which was more than returned to me in the end.
