a gross store, on Barton. When I went in, there was nobody behind the counter, then the manager came out of the women’s bathroom and started working. SHE did NOT wash her hands…. Ew…Ew!!!! The bathroom is disgusting. Urine and trash everywhere!!! No towels it was gross. I left, I did not want the diseases. Ew Subway that is just gross!!

This is a horrible store… Avoid it like the plague!!! They NEVER has anything. They run out all the time and tell you too bad! They never have cheese, or bread, or tomatoes. I went to this store,[for the last time ever] and asked for a meatball sub. They refused to put cheese or anything else on it. They also added sauce [no meat just sauce] to it and charged me $2.50 extra for the sauce [total of $7.50, for a $5 dollar sub].

I asked to add lettuce and cheese and the manager refused. She said I was not allowed to add cheese because I have 3 subs and they are running out, son only 1 sandwich gets cheese. So the meatball [since it was the first sub} would not get any. She told me it did not come with cheese.

I checked with corporate [203 877 4281] and corporate said the meatball sub DID come with cheese. All subs do!! Also Subway corporate refused to back up what they advertise on TV. They said that each store is independently owned and it was up to the store owner how to run things. I say SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on subway. Don’t go!!! Save yourself the grief and trouble, they won’t have what you want anyway.
