seems to be very nice people. I spent more than $75000 . Barn looks OK but gutters started falling off 3 month after the building was finished because of ice. difficult to get hold of them. they do not answere their phone. the gutter people tell me it is weather related and I have to pay to fix them on 3 month old building. I have 4 Morton buildings right beside the new building and the gutters did fine. they do not honor their work. please do your homework. do not pay them in full till the warranty time is up I am planning to take legal action agaist both of them

Howard's is only a general contractor they do not actually build the building they sub all the construction out to amateur kid that do not have enough experience . You get what you pay for they do price there buildings a lot lower than others but it will cost you in the end.
