All I needed was a can of paint. I didn't know that I was bothering the two ladies gossipfest. Please don't roll your eyes behind the customers back because you were seen, and I will go somewhere else now.

Come on. Maybe I was spoiled by Ingersalls or Lakewood Hardware. But this place, albeit stocked well, has very poor service. And somewhat rude. I will not be going here again.

I see people complaining,Really? I live right around the corner from Ace, and have gotten nothing but GREAT service and help. You can't walk in the door without someone immediately wanting to help you. Dave is amazing and has helped me with every weird problem I have encountered in our old house. I just finished a bathroom renovation and he helped me immensely with plumbing problems. In fact, I would much rather pay the little more it costs here and get great service and invaluable help, than get lost in the aisles of the big box stores with someone that can't help. I find this store a great asset! I am getting ready to do our second bathroom soon, and I will be there again to get all my problems solved. Heather Hale

4 separate times I've been mistreated, mislead, or, most recently, insulted. This place is two blocks from my house and I'd rather drive out of county to get what I need than go back to this wretched place.

I am a local business owner in Rocky River, and when ever I go to the new Ace Hardware that just opened on Detroit Rd. I get nothing but, unhelpful unknowledgeable help from their unfriendly staff. Definately do not go here unless you know exactly what you need!
