HORRIBLE customer service. I never write negative reviews, but am appalled by this company... (I also work in customer service, and am very patient as a customer - I know what it s like). I ordered their lip balm tubes, and after pouring my mixture into their tubes, part of the tubes melted. I called and explained my situation, and the woman I was speaking to - Vicky - first blamed the situation on me, then HUNG UP ON ME mid sentence!!! I could not believe it ...



I later reached someone else, and they were entirely not helpful, and refused to reimburse me. I am shocked at them, and will never order again from them. There are such better companies out there who stand by their products - DO NOT order from them.
