Today, it is a chain of more than 25 restaurants in Southern California, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Jersey and Missouri. Its restaurants serve a variety of breakfast favorites, veggie delights, salads, sandwiches, lunch and dinner specials and fountain treats. Ruby s Diner s interior features red vinyl booths, white Formica tables and soda fountains, as well as colorful poster art from the 1940s.
