Chris jumped immediately to install a new unit. Have had nothing but issues since. Keeps blaming other things beyond his shotty work. Wants more money. And now doesn't return calls when he knows he screwed up. Time to contact the state board and have his license yanked and see an attorney now that I have to pay another contractor to fix this mess. DO NOT use him!

We purchased a brand new furnace and A/C unit from Chris. 2 months into using the A/C we started experiencing issues with the unit freezing up. It has now been 1 month since Chris diagnosed the problem and he will not respond to our calls to fix it even though we have labor and parts covered under warranty.

The owner Chris was extremely prompt. He took additional time to explain what needed to be done to my older mother. He ensured she was provided the best price and was able to get the installation done within a few days from us agreeing to his estimate. It's been a long time since I heard my mother happy as her old unit was falling apart and running all the time. Thank you Chris for everything!
