If you manage to overlook the receptionist, you will find a service tech named Stan that is phenomenal. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and professional. He took the time to explain the work he was performing, without being condescending. I almost did not schedule this appointment due to the attitude of the receptionist. But upon meeting with Stan I'm sure I made the right choice.
