This is the BEST place for all your shipping, faxing, etc. needs. The Staff there cannot be beat and go above and beyond to help their customers. I was there today to fax an extremely urgent document and the owner, I believe (grey-haired gentleman), once again, went above and beyond his duties to assist me. I will NEVER go anywhere else. My experience with Roscoe Pack and Mail is the single worst business experience I've ever had. The owner of the company improperly packed a family heirloom, which was cracked in transit. UPS would have reimbursed us as the shipper, but it is his business policy to put Roscoe Pack and Mail as the shipper, and therefore only the business can received payment from UPS. This is sneaky and unethical. When I went to his store to ask him about this, he lied, saying my mother, who shipped the heirloom, said she didn't care about it. She was waiting in the car, so we brought her in, and after we insisted twice that he look her in the face and repeat that to her, he looked at her and lied. The owner of the business is immoral. Please never give him your business.
