Nora is always so great and thorough. I especially appreciate that she can clean my teeth without using ultrasound as I can't tolerate it. Love Dr. Randol's insurance plan.

Best dental practice.....EVER. If you believe in the adage "You only get once chance to make a first impression", then you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. From the time I walked in as a new patient, the staff was very welcoming and even gave me a quick tour of the facility. Brooke, my dental assistant took my x-rays and was very nice. Dr. Randol is the consummate professional - kind, courteous, and reassuring. He gave me a comprehensive exam on my first visit and explained a treatment plan for me. I never felt like I was being rushed in order to get the next patient in the chair. Dr. Randol took the time to explain everything and asked several times if I had any questions. Upon exam completion, Dr. Randol gave me his business card where he hand wrote his personal cell phone number on the back in case of emergencies..........I mean, who does that? A doctor that sincerely and genuinely gives a sh*t, that's who. I now know first hand why Dr. Randol's practice has been consistently voted, year after year, as Roseburg's #1 Dentist.

I really like going to the dentist. The office is beautiful and the staff is really nice.

The customer service is bar none, the best I have ever received in a dentist office, or any office for that matter. Owning a business of my own, I am very conscious of customer service since I consider it extremely important. I am always more than pleased with the girls attention and friendliness. You can tell when people like their jobs and that has everything to do with their employer treating them well and he himself considering it an important factor of his business along with great skill in doing his own job. I took my 3yo in for fillings. He was apprehensive at first. Dr. Randol & staff put him at ease. He left with a smile on his face. Later that day, he told his older brother & sister where he got to go. The older two were jealous that they didn't get to go. I love that my kids LOVE going to the dentist.March 8, 2011

I had put off coming into the dentist for 4 years due to years of bad past experiences. This was the best office I have been to yet ! I got a goodie bag, the staff was excellent and I felt at ease with my exam. I am not nervous for my next visit. Highly recommend.March 25, 2011

Dr. Randol and his entire staff are amazing professionals. With a state of the art facility, appointments within a reasonable amount of time, and a staff which provides excellent customer service, there is no reason to go to another dental office in Roseburg. March 31, 2011

Dr. Randol and his staff are so warm and friendly. I was extremely nervous on my first visit, but they made me feel right at home. They were all very professional as well, and took the time to answer questions and concerns. The office is also very nice...plenty of big windows with beautiful views, and stylish decor. Dr. Randol sees my children ages 2 and 4 for regular checkups and cleanings. Dr. Randol staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone of any age to make an appointment. You WILL NOT be disappointed! May 13, 2011

As one who's always put dental care off until extremely painful, because of decades of dental fear and anxiety...I NO LONGER have to do this! From time of making first appointment, through dental service's and while awaiting my next appointment...I am 100% anxiety FREE! For me, this is a HUGE step in my future dental health and care.
