the hours are not meant for people who work for a living. I need to go there to take care of something in person which forces me to take time off of my job to do it. And the one day I can take off a little early is Wednesday, and they close on Wednesdays at 12 noon.

I tried the on line application for finding out what my benefits would be, it proved to be too complicated . I was never able to access the information I was looking for. The computer timed me out. I think the on line services are not as helpful as you would like to think they are.
