I was not ever going to buy here because of some of the reviews posted here however a co-worker brought me to the store one day with him on lunch and I don't really see the complaints everyone else has. They are a small store yes, and lacking in some products, however very friendly and went out of their way to help us find exactly what we needed. Okay, so we had to order it, it as still cheaper than online or any other store. I wouldn't believe all the negative reviews here. Check it out yourself, if you don't need a complete uniform or duty gear today, save the money and go here.

I rate these guys between and 3 and 4 stars. Small store needs more product in stock but very nice staff and willing to special order what ever I need. I support start up business and wish the owner luck. Jerry all weekend I saw a sign up that they were closed because of a power outage or something.

Like I said easy to work with. I have ordered from them 3 times and they make it very easy to get exactly what I need the first time. Recommended.

That is just sad how the owner comes here to get his ratings up. I wouldn't be surprised if alp of these 5 star reviews is just his and his employees writing them. I went there the other day at 9am and they weren't even open when they list that they open at 8am. Wasted my time of trying to get there before my shift, I even sat there for a while too but no one even came to open the store. I took a peek in and realized this store isnt worth it, its smaller than my living room.

I love these guys. Most of their employees do not have background in law enforcement yet I want to know about a product or looking for something special they go out of their way to look it up and research it for me. I have been a cop for 18 years now and believe that JP is on the right track to change the game here in Denver with these shops. I don't like reading the comments below becuase they are unfair in my opinon. I continue to buy here and will continue to buy here.

I am sorry to see these reviews. We are a start up store still waiting on 75% of our products. We never opened the store to carry every item out there. We are still stocking more and more every week and we are happy to order any items that you wish at very heavy discounts. We opened the store about 12 weeks sooner than expected and therfore are still trying to catch up on product.I am sorry to hear about issues with our employees. I will be sure to work with them more on providing better service. A large reason they have to refer to the computer all the time is that we have access to over 100,000 products and it is impossible for them to know every product and configuration suitable for our customers needs.We were BBB Accredited (until they raised their rates we didn't see the value in it) and we are Tom Martino approved (not sure where anyone sees we are not). Don't waste ur time going there. Just order the things u want itself. Nothing to see or buy at this place

I ordered some items here four weeks ago and ever since then I have never heard from them. I'll call in to see if they came in but the guy working there says he's new and doesn't know how to work and to wait and he'll have the owner call me. I wait and no phone call from the owner so I go into the store to see for myself, again he doesn't know. I ask for a refund but he doesn't know how to give my refund and to come back the next day when the owner is there. So I go, and guess what. They close the store because he's getting married and it was Thursday. He didn't get married until Sat., y close on Thurs? So Monday I go in and their not even open at the time they say they open, another wasted trip. I finally got a hold of a different employee and asked for a refund but guess what, they don't have cash. So you have to give them a card just to put the refund on there even when you gave them a whole bunch of cash at first. NEVER AGAIN will i go there or suggest this place to anyone.

Geez, if I knew that all they had there was c.b. and bladetech holsters, I would've never made that trip there. They have nothing that you can find at other places. Save your gas and go elsewhere. Seems like they don't know what they sell until they log on to the computer, very incompetent employees.

Man these employees that work there know nothing about what they sell. You'll have to talk to J.P. the owner just to get what you want but most of the time he's not even there. I'll never step foot in that store again after wasting my time driving from Loveland.

I am happy to write this review for the guys at PSG Tactical. I didn't go in with high expectations, but was very impressed when I left. These guys are willing to go out of their way to research products for us and will actually say hi and bye to me when in their store. I will always go to them first.

I am a Police Officer and found PSG Tactical on Dexonline.com and was very surprised to say the least. Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile. What sold me was the fact the owner took time to research an item for me to make sure it was 100% compatible and available with what I needed. Can't get that help at the main 2 stores.

Very friendly and takes care of customers. Just opened, but I think better than the others in Denver. Not much in the store, but willing to order anything I needed.
