Excellent service. My car had fender and side damage. Harry helped me receive better service from the Insurance company of the person who did the damage. Maaco did touch ups, buffing and additional work in other areas of the car for very little. My car looks better than it had in years. Glad I went through them instead of working directly with the insurance company.

This shop is nothing but a sham. I brought my car there for a hood repaint. Tom, the guy who gives quotes, gave me a good deal because I compared prices with other places and they said, the car will be done in 2 days. So I dropped my car Monday afternoon so they committed that the car is ready for pickup on Thursday. I called up Thursday and they whoever picks up the phone, but I remember Gina, she said she will call me back but she never did. This happened 4x they said they'd call me back to give me update. So this Tom, picked up the phone at 4:45 and said can you hold the car until Monday because they cannot match the color with the fender. Come Monday, I called up and this Tom said, can I put you on hold because I need to talk to Justin to get update (Justin is the painter). Then Tom said Oh, the car paint is wet, can you pick up on Tuesday? I promise you it's gonna be done on Tuesday. I'll buy u a new car if it's not done yet. Bottom line, this guy is a liar. Come Tuesday I looked for this Tom and this Ivan (or Evan) said he is not in. So this Ivan gave me an update that the car is still wet and that it's ready for pick up Wednesday. I've been trying to get hold of the manager but they said she's always with the customer (probably another lie). So finally I talked to the Manager (Marissa) who transferred me to Justin because she said she does not have idea what's going on. This Justin said, I haven't started working on your car yet. I'm going to paint on your car this afternoon and it's gonna be ready by noon tomorrow. Bottom line, this company is nothing but a scam and engaged in unethical business. So people, beware. This company is nothing but UH OH! I should sign off my review with 0 star but the system wants me to put a star rating. Yeah right!
