I put my motorcycle in here during the winter season. The online price for a 5x10 was very good, but the other aspects of the facility stand out.

Firstly, the Security is way tighter than other places, and the access hours are 6-9pm so you can get in there when needed.

Secondly, the pricing and contract is transparent and though you pay extra for insurance I kept it as it has no deductible with a lock and would cover anything if it ever was stolen. Month to month and prorated if you let them know when you want to leave.

Finally, the customer service and management was top notch, in particular I was helped by Kyle. He opened right at 930 and got me setup within fifteen minutes, then walked me to my unit. Seamless and easy and made me feel I had chosen the right place. No issues with putting a motorcycle in a 5x10 and could even have provided my registration and insurance within 7 days to prove it is mine.

Wonderful storage facility; if you need a place to keep things at a competitive price these are your guys.

Very accommodating and helpful management!

Called looking for a couple months of storage for our toy hauler. The staff was very responsive and answered all our questions. We were able to get into our spot that day. They showed us to our spot and made sure we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for outdoor storage.

My family and I have been customers for a while now and we have no complaints. Facility is clean, secure, and we have never had any worries for our property. The staff is friendly, courteous, and prompt to address any issues if they were to arise. I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a secure facility to store their possessions.

Over the past 7 years i have had many storages all from Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Carmichael and i must say i give this facility a 11+ out if 10 when it comes to the customer service provided to the safety of each unit. I feel they do the best job hands down! I've been with them for a year give or take and have never been disappointed. Very kind and perfessional. If u and in need of a unit i suggest this facility! If u rent from them u with understand the appropriation.

This site is centrally located in Roseville near the Galleria Mall in a good area and offers 24 hour security surveillance and individual security alarms on each unit as well as on-site management, which makes me feel as if my possessions are safe and well taken care of.
