When I first contacted this firm they stated they had done what I needed before, and gave me an example of what it would cost. They further stated they could deliver in a couple of days. A couple of days later, it was another day, etc, etc, etc. I was finally told about a week after the due date that the drawing was ready for pickup, and the amount was also brought up in this conversation. When I got to the office, not only was the drawing not ready, but the invoice was nearly twice the amount that had been suggested. I paid by check anyway, because I couldn't really wait another week for someone else to preform the service. I left to go get lunch, telling the person in the office how unhappy I was about the situation, but I'd be back in thirty minutes to pick up the drawing. Before I could return to the office, someone identifying himself as the engineer called and said I could come back and pick up my check if I didn't like the price. How is that for service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! :-(
