I took my car into this facility and it ended up being a HUGE mistake. I took my car in for an oil change at about 430 pm, by the next day when I went to drive my car (heading to a vacation) I realized that the employees at this jiffy lube did not tighten the drain plug properly and most the oil spilled out onto my drive way. Jiffy lube was closed for the next day and I had to leave immediately to my planned vacation. I ended up having to take my car to the local Walmart, where they fixed my problem, but not after I had to pay for more oil to be put in. This mistake from Jiffy Lube cost me about 9 hours of my vacation time, I was extremely frustrated. I recommend to NEVER go there. Instead go to either the Pennzoil location on south main or to Walmart. The manager was suppose to reimburse me for the oil change (which was overpriced) but has yet to do so. I guess he is not interested in resolving this issue. I am planning on calling him again soon, to find out what the deal is.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am a consumer shopping around and trying to get the best deal. I am happy with 'my auto service' but I am making sure I am getting the best deal. I can't find a price for oil changes on the website. 'my auto service' charges $10 dollars and I don't think you are that cheap. Why should I have to call or come in to waste my time to find out what a price is. I don't waste my money on games!!!!!! I live in Las Vegas, N.V.

Austin, Tx 78727, Heartland Automotive Svc Inc.On a weekly basis I pass your location and see plenty of business being conducted. Today I stopped by seeking to get my vehicle inspected. My son was with me and noticed and brought it to my attention, that the person doing the inspections was being very thorough. This was a perfect example of how inspections should be, and I went on to explain this to my son. All of the service technicians were courteous, timely and professional. I just wanted to commend the service technicians at this location. Thanks and keep up the good work, I will visit again. Tim.
