This is absolutely my favorite hobby shop I've ever been to. Pretty good selection and great customer service.

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time.

it seems if you are not a buddy of the gentleman that is always he not really care if you need something or not,parts (3 times) never come when told and you might be completely ignored, i think that the customer service really needs a serious looking in to because people like friendly and prompt service, i know places get busy and such but a customer that walks in should get the same treatment as the next fella or why would that person come to the shop for any thing,why be in that business if you just dont care?
