Chase Bailey grew up in Ogden and completed his undergraduate degree at Weber State University in Nursing He went on to attend the University of Utah College of Nursing to complete his Doctorate of Nursing Practice Chase completed his clinical residency with Dr Jeff Zavala at Ogden Clinic Grand View He has also worked at Lakeview, Davis and McKay Dee Hospitals At Ogden Clinic, he works in Family Medicine and at our Urgent Care walk in clinic Chase enjoys spending time with his wife and family He also enjoys rebuilding cars and fishing
