I found this company to be very unprofessional! It took weeks for them to return my call and on TWO separate occasions I was told Randy would be coming over on a specific date and he never showed up AND no one ever called to apologize or to try and reschedule... very disappointing! Before calling them I noticed other negative reviews left by previous customers online; I should've gone with my gut on this one and never called them in the first place. Oh well. Lesson learned!
