As far as banks go...

We switched from a credit union that we had belonged to for 15 years to Fifth Third and haven't looked back. The benefits of the move have been amazing and we wish we would have done so sooner. The staff is extremely helpful and always smiling and professional (with just the right touch of personality). For a big bank, its refreshing to see. We will be with them as long as they are around.
