One week to the day after I placed my order, one of their crews arrived and assembled the unit. Their staff were polite and courteous, knowledgeable, and very experienced. From start to finish, I cannot express how smoothly things went and I haven't even mentioned that their prices were lower than Gorilla's website and even included free shipping, plus I received free waterproofing as well!! When we move next year, when my husband returns home from Iraq, I am sure that we will use them to move the set as they do it all.
