First class service I love it

Charlie is very honest and does high quality work. It feels great to completely trust him. His staff is very friendly as well. We won't go anywhere else and highly recommend him!

Coming from a family of mechanics I'm very pleased with their work they thoroughly check my jeep and I will continue to go to them. I've had an attitude once with them but when I looked back at it I was just in a bad mood they go over and beyond to make sure I'm happy and my vehicle is safe for my family

DONT . DONT Got it. DONT take any thing here .He had my truck for two weeks , went I got it was $469.00 and my truck broke down in 2 blocks and gas was leaking out of the tank. I took some were else and only paid $188

Associated with auto max & auto place USA, It sits on auto place USA' s lot. He tells you it will be done on a certain day, and it's never done on that day its almost a week later. I had this happen to me multiple times. And a few times, I had to bring the car back for a repeated issue that wasn't fox the first time. Then when you complain about it, he puts to a sign in his waiting room that assumes no responsibility. I hate the fact that he is associated with automax and auto place USA who sells faulty cars and sends you to Charlie's. It just seems like one big scheme.
