Provided by YPmobileThe name of the technician that assisted in resolving our issue was Eric and we later learned, before the completion of service, that he is also the owner. Not only did he resolve two issues that my wife and I had with a computer and a phone, he also educated us and spent the extra time needed to make sure that we were properly informed, not only about the product, but other pertinent details that not many people would take the time to go over. In speaking with Eric, I realized that he is very much so an intelligent individual with a lot of knowledge about more than just what he does and he seems to make it a point to share his knowledge with others so they are well informed themselves and I was really happy and appreciative of that. Will definitely go back because of the high level of service and care that we received, not to mention the quick turnaround time and really fair pricing comparative to that of other places in the area that we had received quotes from.
