Went to California St. restaurant. Worst dining experience in years. At first, no service--none. Then indifferent at best from the three waiters/waitresses that occasionally stopped by. Then rancid chips and some salsa--finally got extra right before we left. Beer seemed watery. I swear that glop on my girlfriend's plate was dog food. Finally figured that the fatty white thing under her refried beans was her missing tamale. My chimichanga was obviously micowaved, along with the pico de gallo, lettuce, and sour cream that accompanied it. It was still barely warm. They can't even microwave food and get it hot? Never--never--got the water which was the first thing I ordered. Bad service, bad food, bad experience. They claimed to be busy, but there were at least two tables who were seated after us, given silverware (a problem), served, given a check, paid, and left before we got our "food."
